Eleven years ago, Mactavis Digital was founded with a simple but important goal: to help businesses build scalable technology.

Mactavis Digital Celebrates 11 Years of Empowering Businesses to Grow Through Technology

At a time when many businesses struggled with manual paper processes, unreliable digital systems, poor user experiences, and technology that could not support growth, Mactavis saw the need for solutions that were practical, stable, user-friendly and built for scale. What started as a small team driven by problem-solving and innovation has grown into a trusted technology partner for businesses, institutions, and organizations across multiple industries.

Today, as Mactavis Digital celebrates 11 years in business, the company reflects on a journey defined by integrity, consistency, resilience, trusted clients relationships, and a commitment to helping organizations increase revenue and profits, simplify operations, improve customer experiences, and grow through technology.

Over the last decade, technology has changed rapidly. Businesses have moved from traditional offline systems to digital operations, cloud infrastructure, mobile-first experiences, automation, AI-powered workflows, and scalable platforms capable of supporting millions of users. Through these changes, Mactavis has continued to evolve alongside the needs of businesses while remaining focused on building solutions that help improve efficiency, increase revenue opportunities, and support large scale growth.

The company has delivered more than 100 projects across over 14 industries, working with startups, enterprises, government agencies, educational institutions, hospitality brands, and growing businesses over the years. Beyond simply delivering projects, Mactavis has built a reputation for continued collaboration and support, with many client relationships lasting for years.

One of the company’s strongest qualities has been its ability to stay with clients as they grow. Rather than treating projects as one-time engagements, Mactavis works closely with organizations to continuously improve systems, adapt to changing operational realities, and support expansion over time.

This approach can be seen in several of the company’s notable projects.

For Kilimanjaro Restaurants, one of Nigeria’s fastest-growing quick service restaurant brands, Mactavis partnered with EITS to improve the company’s digital ordering and delivery operations as customer demand increased. Mactavis helped build a scalable system that included online ordering, mobile applications, delivery management tools helping create a faster ordering experience, supporting business expansion, and higher order volumes. Today, the platform supports over 200,000 users, has processed more than 1 million orders, and supports operations across 96 stores in 18 states.

In the education sector, Mactavis partnered with West Africa Health Examinations Board to modernize examination processes across five West African countries. The company developed a cloud-based system that replaced manual processes, making it easier to manage student records, examinations, and administrative activities. Today, the platform supports more than 250 colleges and over 3.5 million students across the region.

Mactavis also worked with Lagos State Parks and Gardens Agency to digitize park bookings and tree planting and maintenance service requests. By replacing manual processes with a centralized system, the agency was able to improve access to services and streamline operations across its growing network of parks and green spaces.

These projects reflect a larger pattern in Mactavis’ work over the years: building systems that solve operational challenges at scale while helping organizations improve efficiency, create better customer experiences, and support business growth.

Beyond technical delivery, the company has continued to emphasize reliability, and strong post-launch support. In an industry where many businesses struggle with abandoned projects and lack technical continuity, Mactavis has built long-standing relationships by remaining available to clients long after project launch.

According to the company, many of its projects continue to evolve years after initial deployment, with systems being upgraded, expanded, and refined as the market changes and client needs grow. This commitment to continuity and support has contributed significantly to the company’s referral-driven growth over the years.

As the technology landscape continues to evolve, Mactavis is also expanding its focus into AI engineering, scalable business platforms, automation systems, and enterprise-grade solutions designed to help organizations operate more efficiently in a digital-first world.

“Our focus has never simply been about building websites or applications. We have focused on helping businesses solve operational problems, improve profitability, and build systems that can support real growth. We are proud of the impact we have created alongside our clients and grateful to everyone who has been part of the journey.”  Gbolade Ogunfowote- Founder Mactavis Digital

Reflecting on the milestone, the company describes the past 11 years not simply as a measure of time, but as a reflection of trust built through consistent delivery, collaboration, and relationships developed overtime.

While celebrating the journey so far, Mactavis says its focus remains firmly on the future: expansion into new markets, new services lines such as cybersecurity and AI Engineering and so on. The focus of the future of Mactavis as always, is building technology solutions that continue to solve real business problems, support growth, and create better experiences for organizations and their users.

As the company marks its 11th anniversary, Mactavis Digital expressed appreciation to its clients, partners, staff, and supporters who have been part of the journey over the years. The company noted that every project, partnership, recommendation, and opportunity has contributed to its growth, and reaffirmed its commitment to continuing to build meaningful technology solutions for businesses and organizations in the years ahead.

What Mintslate Media’s Job Seekers Teaches Us About Politeness, Power, And Survival At Work

Politeness is often praised as professionalism. But in many workplaces, it is also a form of control. Mintslate Media’s upcoming psychological horror film Job Seekers examines how politeness operates as an unspoken rule within professional systems, especially when power is uneven and opportunity is scarce. Rather than presenting the workplace as neutral, the film reveals how survival can depend on silence, compliance, and emotional restraint. Founded in February 2025 by filmmaker Seyi Oluwatimilehin, Mintslate Media was created to tell stories rooted in lived experience. Job Seekers, directed by Seyi Oluwatimilehin and Alan Vega, reflects that vision by centering its story on Maya, a young immigrant attending a job interview that could determine her right to stay. “One of the reasons I founded Mintslate Media was to tell stories that are real, stories that are relatable, honest, and true to our time and existence,” Seyi Oluwatimilehin says. “Every one of these films carries a piece of ...
