International School of Real Estate 2.0 Set for Abuja in October

Organised by the Nuel Osilama Leadership Development Academy, the two-day executive real estate masterclass will take place at the Yar’Adua Event Centre, Memorial Drive, Central Business District, Abuja, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily.

The programme, themed “How to Build a Structure That Endures & Owns the Market,” is convened by ESV. Osilama E. Osilama. It places business structure, leadership and long-term market relevance at the centre of the conversation about real estate growth.

The theme draws attention to the organisation behind the transactions: how a property business establishes clear responsibilities, develops its people, maintains consistent standards and builds the capacity to operate beyond the efforts of one individual.

For real estate entrepreneurs and company leaders, these questions connect immediate sales ambitions with the wider task of building an enterprise that can retain client confidence, support its team and sustain performance over time.

The advertised speaker lineup includes Dr Linus Okorie, Barr. Festus Adebayo, Abdulmalik Mahdi, Engr. Haruna Hyeladi, Coach Abraham Orukpe, Barr. Raymond Ijeomah, Dr Femi Joshua, Dr Chris Aziegbe and Mrs Faith Iyahen.

The masterclass offers a platform for real estate business owners, developers, realtors, managers and aspiring entrepreneurs to engage with the central challenge of turning individual effort into organisational strength.

With its emphasis on enduring structures, the event presents an opportunity for participating firms to reflect on how they organise their operations, develop leadership capacity and position themselves for continued relevance in the property market.

Vendors operating independently on Instagram and WhatsApp have no way to systematically reach customers or maintain booking accountability. The Celevend Solution Celevend addresses this directly. The mobile marketplace connects customers actively plann...

What Mintslate Media’s Job Seekers Teaches Us About Politeness, Power, And Survival At Work

Politeness is often praised as professionalism. But in many workplaces, it is also a form of control. Mintslate Media’s upcoming psychological horror film Job Seekers examines how politeness operates as an unspoken rule within professional systems, especially when power is uneven and opportunity is scarce. Rather than presenting the workplace as neutral, the film reveals how survival can depend on silence, compliance, and emotional restraint. Founded in February 2025 by filmmaker Seyi Oluwatimilehin, Mintslate Media was created to tell stories rooted in lived experience. Job Seekers, directed by Seyi Oluwatimilehin and Alan Vega, reflects that vision by centering its story on Maya, a young immigrant attending a job interview that could determine her right to stay. “One of the reasons I founded Mintslate Media was to tell stories that are real, stories that are relatable, honest, and true to our time and existence,” Seyi Oluwatimilehin says. “Every one of these films carries a piece of ...
