The endorsement came after a warm reception from the Rector, Dr. Sanni Kehinde Oseni, Deans and Heads of Department who expressed confidence in Nervego’s vision for digital transformation, skill development and youth empowerment. The partnership clears the pathway for Nervego to begin recruiting, training, and mentoring students in software-driven innovation for both local and global tech ecosystems.

At the event, students expressed strong enthusiasm and anticipation to join the program, signalling a high potential for talent discovery within the institution.

Nervego CEO and Co-Founder, Paul Ilesanmi Ojomo, stated that the organization’s objective is not only to train students, but to spot potential early and fund innovation for students who demonstrate exceptional capability.

“Gateway Polytechnic is only the beginning. We look forward to expanding into universities and polytechnics nationwide, building a network of young innovators who will shape Africa’s digital future,” Paul  announced.

The event was sponsored by Devmate Brew Ltd., and featured experts delivering impactful talks spanning AI, Machine Learning, Software Development & Product Management, equipping students with a forward-thinking approach to tech.

The new tech community will open its first enrollment in the coming weeks.
