Major Red Flags 1.Pressure to “pay now or lose it.” 2.Refusal to provide written agreement. 3.No physical office or verifiable ID. 4.Inconsistent information about landlord identity.  Another warning sign? A property that is “too cheap” compared to similar listings in the area. Always inspect physically. No exceptions.
