The Queen VA Launches to Meet Rising Global Demand for Structured, Tech-Enabled Virtual Support

The growing demand for virtual assistance and outsourced business support has created new opportunities for companies seeking to streamline operations without significantly increasing internal staffing costs.

Against this backdrop, The Queen VA, a premium, tech-enabled virtual support company founded by Precious Obodoegbulam, officially launched on Monday, July 13, 2026, with a focus on helping businesses, executives and professionals manage operational demands more efficiently.

According to Obodoegbulam, while the virtual assistance industry has expanded rapidly in recent years, many support providers continue to operate reactively, handling tasks as they arise rather than developing systems that can support long-term business growth.

The Queen VA was established to address what its founder describes as this gap by combining human expertise with artificial intelligence and automation to help clients simplify operations and reduce the administrative workload that can limit growth.

“Success should never depend on working harder,” Obodoegbulam said. “It should depend on having the right systems, the right processes, and the right support.”

The company's approach is built around six stages: discovery, strategy, onboarding, implementation, optimisation and ongoing growth support.

Rather than presenting itself solely as a task-completion service, The Queen VA aims to operate as an extension of its clients' leadership and operational teams.

Its services include executive and administrative assistance, operations and project management, customer service and support, social media management and engagement, community management, workflow setup and AI automation, digital marketing, website services and customer success management.

Before launching the company, Obodoegbulam spent four years supporting 28 international brands across industries including coaching, wellness, healthcare, real estate, SaaS and finance.

Her previous work includes supporting a US-based wellness brand that increased its monthly revenue from between $20,000 and $25,000 to between $80,000 and $100,000 within six months.

The company attributes the growth to a customer success strategy focused on improving client experience, retention and operational efficiency.

A key part of The Queen VA's positioning is its focus on neurodivergent professionals and founders, a market Obodoegbulam believes has been underserved by conventional virtual support models.

The company also provides services to non-neurodivergent professionals and organisations across sectors including e-commerce, legal services, real estate, hospitality and non-profit organisations.

With an existing client base across the United States and Europe, The Queen VA is seeking to expand its international reach as businesses increasingly explore outsourced solutions for administrative and operational functions.

For business leaders considering virtual support, the company's launch represents another entrant into a market increasingly focused on combining speed, technology, specialised expertise and structured processes.

The Queen VA offers both project-based and long-term partnership models. Prospective clients begin with a discovery call designed to identify operational gaps and determine the most appropriate support structure.

What Mintslate Media’s Job Seekers Teaches Us About Politeness, Power, And Survival At Work

Politeness is often praised as professionalism. But in many workplaces, it is also a form of control. Mintslate Media’s upcoming psychological horror film Job Seekers examines how politeness operates as an unspoken rule within professional systems, especially when power is uneven and opportunity is scarce. Rather than presenting the workplace as neutral, the film reveals how survival can depend on silence, compliance, and emotional restraint. Founded in February 2025 by filmmaker Seyi Oluwatimilehin, Mintslate Media was created to tell stories rooted in lived experience. Job Seekers, directed by Seyi Oluwatimilehin and Alan Vega, reflects that vision by centering its story on Maya, a young immigrant attending a job interview that could determine her right to stay. “One of the reasons I founded Mintslate Media was to tell stories that are real, stories that are relatable, honest, and true to our time and existence,” Seyi Oluwatimilehin says. “Every one of these films carries a piece of ...
